Since the beginning of her professional career, Ruth has not only been an enthusiastic project developer in the social and educational sectors, but has also built up extensive expertise in HR management through her “bread and butter” job as a trainer and HR consultant. Ruth is known for not just looking at critical issues, but taking things into her own hands and wanting to move the world. Out of this motivation, Ruth co-founded the training program for talented young people called “CAP.” in 2010, which forms the basis for further educational innovations. With the founding of CAP.future GmbH in 2017, Ruth withdrew from her HR consulting activities and, together with Werner, placed her professional focus on non-profit activities in the field of education. CAP.future GmbH thus developed into a series of projects that have people at the heart of technology-driven innovation.
